Join The School of Southwest Ballet Theatre for the 2026-2027 school year. SWBT is the West Valley’s premier classical ballet school and performing company, combining high-quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development.

There will be two fun movement classes open to new and returning students, as well as their parents, to kick off the new season. Upper division students will demonstrate classwork and short choreography phrases that showcase the training that takes place in our program.

Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to meet with School Director, Sydney Walker Arriaga, and Artistic Director, Crystal Fullmer, plus members of the Board. We will share policies, procedures, and philosophy of a dance education at SWBT, and can answer any questions regarding placement classes and scheduling.

Light refreshments will be provided.

It’s FREE!

Dress Code

All participants in the open classes are welcome to wear ballet or comfortable athletic attire.
Ballet slippers, jazz shoes, or socks are required for the dance floor.

Once on campus, park in Lot G and enter the Performing Arts Center through the west side lobby door.
