Nutcracker Open Auditions

SWBT is pleased to announce our 12^th annual performance of The Nutcracker, which will take place on December 17^th, 18^th, 19^th, and 20^th, at Estrella Mountain Community College’s Performing Arts Center.  SWBT invites ALL dancers to open auditions for The Nutcracker!

Youth Auditions

COMPANY FEE: $120 for Levels 1-7; $85 for Levels A-C
AUDITION DATE: Saturday, August 29^th

LOCATION: Estrella Mountain Community College’s Performing Arts Center
(3000 N. Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392 — park in Lot G on campus)

• Levels 3B – 7 (ages 12–18): audition 9:30 – 11:30 AM as part of class [Register HERE — for Levels 3B – 7]
• Levels 1–3 (ages 8–14): check in 10:45 – 11:30 AM; audition 12:00 – 1:00 PM [Register HERE — for Levels 1–3]
• Levels B–C (ages 6–7): check in 10:45 – 11:30 AM; audition 1:10 – 1:30 PM [Register HERE — for Levels B–C]
• Level A (age 5): check in 11:00 – 11:30 AM; will not audition, but must attend and follow dress code

• Mandatory parent meeting starting at 11:45

All youth dancers who attend the audition will be cast in the production!

Adult Auditions

COMPANY FEE: No company fee for adults
AUDITION DATE: Saturday, August 29^th

LOCATION: SWBT’s Old Town Avondale Studio
(725 N. Central Ave. Ste. 111, Avondale, AZ 85323)

• Beginner/Intermediate Adults: audition 8:00 – 9:30 AM as part of class

Due to limited parts, not all adults will be cast in the production.

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

Bring signed handbook contract (Appendices A-D) and payment method (cash or credit card) to complete your registration.  Dress code must be observed.
